I feel bad for Bryce. I think he's got what it takes, or at least HAD what it took. If you look at his stats before the Frank Reich switch: -0.167 EPA/Play, but crucially on a -0.8 CPOE. These stats are horrendous, but for a rookie they're respectable (much better than Caleb Williams right now). If you look at his stats since: -0.278 EPA/Play, but the throw accuracy has plummeted to a horrendous -3.3. For a rookie, these numbers are still salvageable, but the difference is clear with Frank Reich and without him.
If Bryce Young is a -0.8 CPOE guy, or that form can somehow still be pulled back out of him, I see no reason he can't end up as good as CJ Stroud. If it's too far gone and he's a -3.3 CPOE guy now, then he's still better than JaMarcus Russell. He's not the biggest bust of all time and never will be, but he's close, and with all the picks traded to get him, that's obviously the opposite of what you want.

The team around him was absolutely terrible, he needs to go to another team and shine
