Unfortunately, Nadal’s dream run came to an end. Djokovic beat him 2-0, but the game wasn’t as bad as the score says. Especially in the 2nd set.

Lots of blowouts today. The closest game today was by two points and was Slovenia vs Croatia.

France and Japan each got shutout 5-0 and we also saw two ties.

Rugby Sevens:
New Zealand scored 55 points against China and won by 50 points to cap off another day of complete blowouts.
Shooting
Table Tennis:
Many close games today.
Tennis:
Rafael Nadal loses in singles versus Djokovic. Heartbreaker for everyone who watched the match as the 60th and maybe final time they play each other resulted in a dang Djokovic win.
Volleyball:
The United States lost against China in an upset-filled day for volleyball.
Water Polo:
The US losing against Spain headlined the day as this sport too was upset-filled today.
